Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed in larger facilities or during special events.
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly and courteous service to all guests.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management principles and practices.
