We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites Camarillo-Oxnard. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a similar or higher-brand hotel, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
- Inspect rooms, corridors, and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
- Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure they are completed efficiently.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist in cleaning rooms or areas when staffing requires.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a similar or higher-brand hotel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
