Hotel Front Desk Agent (FT)

The Quality Inn & Suites in Bozeman, MT is currently seeking friendly individuals who enjoy providing excellent guest service. The Front Desk associate’s primary responsibility is to ensure guest satisfaction by providing professional and courteous front desk service. The Front Desk Associate is also responsible for providing service that is efficient and effective.

• Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing an enjoyable experience and a high level of professionalism to each and every guest.

• Duties:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure as well as ensuring a smooth check-in process
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and local attractions
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
- Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services

• Requirements:

- Prior experience in a hotel or resort setting is a preference
- Strong customer service, professionalism and guest relations skills
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and front desk operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
