Duties
- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all areas of the property.
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry facilities, and industrial cleaning areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, sanitation practices, and customer service expectations.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and janitorial materials to support smooth operations.
- Enforce safety policies related to industrial cleaning, custodial work, and chemical handling to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests.
- Address guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping management with a strong focus on sanitation standards.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively within a fast-paced environment.
