What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor position at Quality Inn Prescott?
The Quality Inn Prescott, AZ is hiring for a front desk agent/night auditor. Applicants must be friendly, dependable, reliable, able to multitask, able to work unsupervised, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to learn and use hotel software is required.
Specific duties will include but are not limited to:
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Accommodate guest requests
- Addressing and resolving guest issues and concerns
- Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms and guests
- Promoting hotel services and local area
- Handling cash payments
- Maintaining a clean and neat for the front desk area, lobby, and other public areas
Previous hotel experience is preferred but not necessary.
The positions will offer approximately 32-40 hours per week. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
