Assistant Manager

• Assist in managing daily operations, including staffing, and inventory
• Recruit, train, and supervise team members to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Guest assistance: Helping guests and resolving guest issues
• Staff supervision: Overseeing hotel staff and ensuring they perform their duties well
• Phone answering: Answering phones
• Budgeting: Assisting the general manager with monitoring budgets, expenses, and revenue streams
• Guest relations: Handling guest relations and addressing guest concerns
• Customer support: Providing customer support in escalated situations
• Implement effective inventory measures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste and by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that meets health, safety, and brand standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in recruiting and training staff is a plus.
• Must have Choice experience.
