Summary
As a Night Auditor at Quality Inn, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. This position is essential for maintaining guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality hospitality. The nights needed are Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Responsibilities
- Perform night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain security protocols and ensure the safety of guests and property during night hours.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations, occupancy rates, and revenue.
- Assist in resolving guest issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel operations preferred.
- Strong understanding of night audit procedures and front desk management.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
