- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including guest rooms, hallways, common areas, and offices, adhering to established protocols.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and reporting equipment malfunctions to ensure operational efficiency.
- Use proper custodial techniques to ensure high standards of cleanliness while utilizing appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience in hotels is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform routine maintenance tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize daily cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Reliable transportation and open availability required.
