- Personally Greet All Guest upon on their Arrival at the Hotel in a Professional.
- Register Guest and assign rooms in an accurate, timely and polite manner.
- Ensure Guests are directed to their room in a manner which ensures understanding of the hotel areas, without announcing room numbers.
- Answer telephone calls in a prompt (within four rings) manner and direst calls accurately or assist the caller requests.
- Make and Confirm all the reservations in a Polite, accurate and efficient manners.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of Guest; and shopping and dinning.
- Report to Work for scheduled. shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
