Front Desk Agent - Day/Evening Shifts Only, No Nights

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
• Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using front desk software systems and phone systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
