Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems to answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Assist with guest reservations and ensure accuracy of booking information
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby
- Do Laundry
- Prepare and maintain breakfast in the morning
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations, check-ins, and other front desk operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
