- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, including filing, maintaining records, and updating databases such as QuickBooks or other office management software
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible
- Support administrative tasks including bookkeeping, billing, and basic office management duties to streamline daily operations
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry systems
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
