This position is for a PM Dishwasher, the hours are 4pm till close. You must be available on the weekends.
Specific Responsibilities
- Provide pleasant and professional services to all hotel guests.
- Sanitize and safely store all pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, and all utensils used in food production and service.
- Maintain storage areas in proper supply level, organization, and cleanliness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen through the disposal of garbage and the cleaning of coolers, counters, shelves, equipment, floors, and other designated cleaning projects.
- Assist with meal plating and food prep.
- Maintain on-going communication and collaboration with staff the aim of achieving high levels of cooperation and service excellence.
- Properly maintain all work equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with appropriate level of sensitivity and immediacy.
