Position Summary
The Partnerships Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Memphis, TN, and is responsible for supporting the growth of QIC’s partner ecosystem. This role identifies potential partners, manages onboarding and relationship-building activities, and develops partner-facing materials that drive engagement and program success. The Partnerships Coordinator collaborates with Marketing, Client Services, and Business Development to ensure partners are supported and positioned for success.
Responsibilities
· Market Research & Prospecting
o Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential marketing partners
o Qualify leads and supply the Business Development team with vetted partner prospects
o Track prospect and lead activity in the CRM and report on performance and conversion metrics
· Relational Client Services
o Support Client Services Managers in maintaining strong, positive relationships with existing partners
o Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new partners
o Serve as the primary partner liaison, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution by coordinating with internal teams
o Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
· Sales & Support Material Development
o Assist in the development of marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, onboarding materials, email communications, program guides, and partner best practices
o Support preparation of partner program reviews and performance updates
o Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to ensure partner-facing materials are accurate and align with brand standards
Key Skills & Qualifications
· Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
o 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, account management, agency work, or client services
· Skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
o Working knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot)
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
o Ability to analyze partner metrics and identify trends or growth opportunities
