Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Physical Therapy Assistant at Quality In Home Therapy, Inc. The Physical Therapy Assistant will work under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists to assist patients with their rehabilitation and therapeutic goals. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, communicating observations to the care team, and supporting patients with exercises and mobility improvement strategies. This role requires frequent collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient-focused care.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Occupational Therapy
- Experience in Patient Care, assisting with therapeutic exercises, and promoting functional independence
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Knowledge of geriatric and neurological conditions is preferred
- Certification or licensing as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Florida
- Ability to work independently and travel to patients' homes
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to improving patients' quality of life
