- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and service quality.
- Conduct outbound calling as needed to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional assistance.
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards while communicating with clients.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is advantageous.
