About the Director of Operations role:
- The Director builds, develops, and leads a team of Area Coaches to align with our company core values, The Quality Way. These include Quality People, Quality Operations, Quality Communication, and Quality Growth.
- Maintains all standards of excellence in the region as they pertain to quality of food, hospitality and speed of service, cleanliness of facility and safety of team members and guests.
- Grows sales and revenue for the market through local store marketing and increased guest transactions and check average year over year. Works with leadership to develop strategic plans for the region to ensure continued growth.
- Maximizes profitability by assuring proper control of cost of sales, proper balance of labor and payroll costs, effective management of all controllable costs and protection of cash and all assets of the business.
- Supports and reinforces our culture of operational excellence, positive energy, growth mindset, bold goals and high standards. Ensures that our leaders communicate with empathy, clarity and transparency with people at all levels in the business.

What You Bring to the Table:
*Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college
*Five years of multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds. Director-level experience preferred.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
*Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance
