1st Shift Refrigeration Repairman
Shift time 5:00AM-3:30PM

Expected Hours of Work:
This position is full-time. The general scheduled workdays are 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of mandatory overtime Friday and Saturday
Position Overview:
This position requires an experienced, energetic, and detail-focused individual who wants to be a part of growing team and company. The Repairman makes necessary repairs to refrigeration products that fail performance test and/or inspection.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs refrigeration products that fail performance test and/or inspection.
- Operates machinery or hand tools as required to complete assembly process.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
- Maintains production records as required.
- Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Education (or GED) with 1 - 3 years consecutive experience in appliance repair.
- Demonstrated ability to use and operate hand tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for up to three hours without a break and twelve hours with breaks.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to work shifts and hours mandated by management and to pass a drug screen
