Our lead Generators work inside the local Home Depot stores signing people up to win a $1,000 giveaway. You get paid to talk to people! We offer paid training, base pay plus an unlimited bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Engage shoppers in conversation and help them sign up for the $1000 giveaway
- Setting up and manning a ballot table
- Maintain energy and professionalism throughout the shift
- Meet and exceed hourly ballot expectations
Pay and Benefits:
- Base pay: $17.00 per hour

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
- Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
- Must be able to work Weekends
- Ability to stand for entire shift (4-6 hours)
- Reliable transportation to your local Home Depot Stores.
- Previous customer service, sales, or promo experience is a plus (but not required!)
