Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Painter for rent-ready work on base. This role involves completing a variety of tasks to get homes ready quickly and correctly between residents.
Typical Tasks Include:
- Interior painting (walls, trim, doors)
- Some Exterior painting (doors, columns, railings)
- Drywall repair

Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background requirements for base access
- Own tools and Painting material, as well as reliable transportation
- Experience in painting
- Able to work independently and stay on schedule
- Honest, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right
This Position is Monday- Friday, however we are flexible.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
