Responsibilities:
- Intake and onboarding of new clients
- Conducting or coordinating initial client assessments
- Managing administrative documentation and compliance
- Understanding Medicaid, long-term care insurance, private pay, and third-party billing
- Supporting scheduling, caregiver files, and client records
- Assisting with agency operations and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a home care or healthcare agency (required)
- Knowledge of long-term care, Medicaid, private pay, and third-party billing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with assessments, documentation, and compliance
- Ability to work independently and professionally
