HVAC Helper
$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Full-Time | Minocqua, WI Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with on-call rotation

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist technicians with heating and cooling system installations
- Support routine maintenance and repair projects
- Help prepare tools, equipment, and materials for each job
- Work on residential and light commercial job sites
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Learn proper use of HVAC tools and equipment
- Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company quality standards
- Build technical knowledge through practical field experience and training

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong interest in HVAC, mechanical work, or the skilled trades
- Willingness to learn from experienced team members
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use or learn to use hand and power tools
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions
