Position Overview
We’re looking for a professional and motivated individual to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you’ll discuss with homeowners their needs and present solutions that improve comfort, energy efficiency, and peace of mind. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative selling, thrives on building trust, and wants to make a difference in people’s homes.
What You’ll Do
- Perform consultations with customers to evaluate HVAC needs and comfort challenges
- Present customized solutions and product options in a professional and educational manner
- Build strong rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships
- Provide accurate estimates and close sales in alignment with company goals
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and track sales activity
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and financing options
- Participate in company training and team meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, preferably HVAC, Plumbing, Electric or home services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Consultative selling style with the ability to build trust quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM tools and mobile sales platforms
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate customer availability
- HVAC, Plumbing and/or Electric knowledge is a plus but not required
