Physician Assistant Role
Responsibilities :
Lead Annual Health Assessments, Wellness Visits, and Well Child Visits.Pioneer preventive medical services.Collaborate with physicians to address both immediate and future patient care needs.Thoroughly assess medical histories and provide anticipatory guidance for children.Maintain meticulous records in our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.Stay abreast of medical regulations and advocate for continuous learning.Qualifications :
Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program.State license & BLS certification.National Provider Identifier (NPI).PA-C certification & state-specific license.Preferred : Experience with EMR systems.Preferred : Enrollment in MedicaidIdeal Candidate Traits :
Exceptional communication skills.Passion for health promotion.Clinical expertise with an emphasis on teamwork.Comprehensive physiological knowledge.Warm and empathetic bedside manner.Role Focus :
Chronic condition documentation and addressing care gaps.Note : Prescribing / changing medications or performing procedures is not part of the duties.Rewards and Benefits :
