Location: Portland, OR | DAY Shifts | Starting Pay: $18.50/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Execute daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, washing, wiping down, and vacuuming equipment and facilities.
- Operate tools like pressure washers, floor scrubbers, and more to keep our plant spotless.
- Dismantle equipment as needed to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization.
- Follow all Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely sanitation records.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to safely handle caustic and sanitary chemicals.
- Forklift and scissor lift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Strong team collaboration skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in damp, hot, or confined spaces.
- A focus on attendance and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Availability for weekends and three weekdays.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Candidates must be able to comprehend and communicate effectively in English or Spanish. Being bilingual in both languages is a plus
