Box Erector Operator

Job Description:

The Box Erector Operator position will be responsible for the operation of the box machines, which carry boxes with ready product to be palletized.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that machines are running properly and report any damages or sounds to Maintenance.
• Make sure that the boxes are properly loading onto the palletizer and watch for any jams in the feeding system.
• Record keeping of quality checks
• Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment
• Assist in other production areas as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of machine operating experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments
• Must be able to read and comprehend English due to safety
• Ability to stand for 8 hours during a shift
• Ability to lift 30lbs. regularly

Pay Range:

• Day - $17.50

Hours:

Day – Monday through Saturday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
