Quality Hands Landscaping is hiring an Entry-Level Landscape / Hardscape Laborer. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right individual.
This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, motivated, and interested in learning skilled outdoor construction and landscaping trades. You will work directly alongside experienced crew leaders on patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, grading, and landscape installations.
If you are willing to work hard and learn, we are willing to teach.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patio and paver installations
- Support retaining wall construction
- Help install drainage systems
- Perform grading and site preparation
- Move materials and maintain organized job sites
- Learn proper use of tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Assist with landscaping projects and lawn maintenance
