Are you a Home Health Aide who loves to support others? QFSG looking for a Home Health Aide that is compassionate, caring, patient, social, engaging and fun for Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm. Pay is $24-26 an hour for Home Health Aide depending on experience. This position is total care for a sweet young lady. Must be reliable and dependable. This is for a long-term position. Must have 3 years of experience. SERIOUS INQUIRY ONLY
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document patient health and behavior, ensuring adherence to care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to enhance patient care and support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in home and community care, with a focus on patient care and senior care.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
- Skills in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient observation.
- Experience working in assisted living or nursing home environments.
- Ability to provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- CPR certification and familiarity with EHR systems and medical documentation.
