Key Responsibilities

• Attend 2–4 in-home sales appointments per day
• Present and sell a variety of high-quality home improvement products
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners
• Achieve a minimum of $80,000 in monthly sales
• Maintain a lead-to-sale ratio of 10:1 or better
• Track and report on all sales activities

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM tools
• Reliable transportation and clean DMV record required
