We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable individual who enjoys meeting new people and wants to build a long-term career in the exterior remodeling industry.
This position begins as an Exterior Remodeling Appointment Setter, where you'll represent our company by introducing our services to homeowners and scheduling qualified appointments for our estimating team. As you gain experience, product knowledge, and demonstrate consistent performance, you'll have the opportunity to advance into an Exterior Sales Consultant role with increased responsibilities and earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods by introducing Quality Exterior Homes to homeowners.
- Build genuine relationships through friendly, respectful conversations.
- Identify homeowners who may benefit from roofing, siding, gutters, exterior painting, deck, or fence services.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our estimating team.
- Accurately record daily activity, appointments, and follow-up information.
- Represent Quality Exterior Homes with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
- Meet daily and weekly activity goals.
- Participate in training and team meetings.

RequirementsRequired
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to and from our office.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred (Not Required)
- Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience.
- Customer service or retail sales experience.
- Roofing, siding, painting, or home improvement knowledge.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience working directly with homeowners.
No exterior remodeling experience? That's okay! We are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong people skills, and a desire to grow.
