Job Summary
Assists in the day-to-day functions of Service department. Answers incoming service calls from customers. Maintains dispatching technicians to calls and oversees the job to completion. Prioritizes and dispatches calls based on customer’s needs, severity, and nature of call. Communicate with customers on job status and lead times. Assist service technicians in meeting customer repair needs.
Primary Duties
- Promotes an atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer. Acts professionally and provides a superior level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Answers and details incoming service calls. creates service call tickets with detailed customer information for technicians.
- Provides customers with service solution to reduce customer downtime.
- Effectively communicates with customer and technicians’ status of parts, service and equipment. Provides update on lead times.
- Reviews and sells repair estimates with customers.
- Communicates back with sales teams on customer need and requests regarding equipment and service.
- Receives incoming shipments. Unpacks and disperses parts as needed.
- Aids in inventory management.
- Reviews and processes work orders for invoicing.
- Works with parts manufacturers and aftermarket vendors to efficiently source parts.
- Cooperatively performs additional duties when assigned by parts management.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
