About the Role:
As our Sales & Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our outside sales efforts while being a trusted point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle quotes, orders, and product support with a friendly, professional touch that reflects the heart of our business.
What You’ll Do:
- Follow up on quotes to support the sales team and close the loop with customers
- Proactively reach out to customers about RMAs to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships
- Learn and communicate product knowledge to customers
- Accurately process orders, ensuring correct product details and timely entry
- Partner with outside sales reps to deliver exceptional service and support
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No regularly scheduled nights or weekends

· A college degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in retail, customer service, or inside sales is a plus
