Order Entry Supervisor

Quality Enclosures, the Northeast's premier manufacturer of custom shower enclosures and flat glass products, is seeking an experienced Order Entry Supervisor to lead our Order Entry team in Central Islip, NY.
This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys improving processes, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support the daily activities of the Order Entry team
- Ensure customer orders and quotes are processed accurately and on time
- Monitor workflow and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Customer Success teams
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of experience in order entry, manufacturing support, or operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with ERP systems (FeneVision is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Central Islip, NY
