Quality Enclosures is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Success Associate (Front Office) to join our team.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, vendors, and visitors, you’ll help create a positive experience from the moment they call or walk through our doors. You’ll answer questions, provide updates, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure every interaction reflects the high level of service Quality Enclosures is known for.

What You’ll Do

As our Customer Success Associate, you’ll help create a seamless customer experience while supporting the daily operations of our front office and Customer Success department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the appropriate department
• Assist customers with order status, deliveries, pickups, product questions, and general inquiries
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Accounting to resolve customer needs
• Follow up with customers to provide updates and ensure timely communication
• Support the Customer Success and Sales teams with administrative and customer-related tasks
• Process payments and assist walk-in customers
• Prepare customer paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front office
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of experience in customer service, office administration, reception, hospitality, banking, sales support, or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• The ability to remain calm, professional, and friendly in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• A team-first mindset and a passion for helping customers and coworkers succeed

Experience with CRM, ERP, order-management, or customer-service software is a plus.
