Quality Drive Away is seeking an energetic, results-driven Driver Recruiter to recruit professional CDL and Non-CDL drivers nationwide. If you enjoy building relationships, finding top talent, and helping drivers build successful careers, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Recruit CDL and Non-CDL drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting events.
- Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers.
- Follow up with applicants and maintain recruiting activity in the ATS.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring goals.
Qualifications
- Recruiting or sales experience preferred.
- Transportation or driver recruiting experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms.
