We are a specialized transportation company seeking a qualified candidate to join our recruiting team. Applicants must enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day. If you are outgoing and enjoy working with others, possess attention to detail and have computer and organizational skills, we would like to interview you for our team. Working hours are 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities for Recruiter
- Manage onboarding and entire new hire process.
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings)
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for Recruiter
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making good decisions independently, as well as with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
