Quality Drills, LLC., works with farmers across the United States to get them into the right equipment to complete their work efficiently and successfully. Our team specializes in used equipment sales, parts, and drill rebuilds; while offering free on-site inspections to help farmers identify what parts will work best for their ground conditions and farming practices.
Whether a farmer is upgrading into a different drill or looking for clarity on what their current drill needs, our goal is to provide honest recommendations and equipment solutions that support their operation.
We are seeking a motivated Used Equipment Sales Representative & Equipment Inspector to help farmers buy and sell used no-till drills, manage our inventory, and perform on-site equipment inspections nationwide.
This role involves sales, inspections, equipment knowledge, and customer support. You will work with farmers across the country to connect buyers and sellers, ensure equipment is properly evaluated, and support the overall success of our used equipment operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform free on-site inspections on drills throughout the U.S.
Evaluate wear points, maintenance needs, and equipment condition
Recommend parts based on each farmer’s soil, terrain, and operating conditions
Monitor what is new, what needs replaced, and what work has been completed in the past
Actively reach out to interested buyers and sellers nationwide
Help farmers upgrade into a drill that fits their needs
Assist farmers looking to sell or move out of their current equipment
Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Manage a multi-state sales pipeline and follow leads through to close
Attend industry events and farm shows to grow our nationwide reach
Attend twice-weekly sales meetings
Communicate regularly with sales leadership
Qualifications:
Farming experience (drills, planting, seeding, or tillage experience preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Ability to travel nationwide (approx. 75-80%)
Sales, service, or customer-facing experience
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or CRM tools
