Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory records. This role works closely with warehouse staff, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand
• Drive and deliver materials to various locations as needed
• Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with inventory systems and shipping software
• Ability to lift and move up to 75lbs daily / up to 100lbs occasionally
• Ability to operate a forklift

Pay will be based on experience.
