Responsibilities
- Installation of docks. hoists, rafts and pwc lifts .
- Assisting in other lakeside repairs and new dock builds.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual techniques or basic tools
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing supplies
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning work areas and inspecting tools and equipment for safety
- Support team members with various physical tasks required to complete projects on time
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through reliable attendance, punctuality, and proactive communication
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks over extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure safety standards are met and tasks are completed accurately
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to manual labor environments
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork coordination
- Prior experience in a similar field is a plus but not required
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
