What You’ll Be Doing
- Building a book of business through canvassing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads. The more outside lead generation you develop, the more company leads we will provide!
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their remodeling needs and showcase options through our award-winning in-home presentation
- Prepare accurate estimates and present solutions confidently
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly sales goals
- Represent a trusted, award-winning brand with professionalism
- Proven drive, work ethic, and competitive mindset
- Comfortable with outside sales, door-to-door, and face-to-face conversations
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Coachable and willing to follow a structured sales process
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
