HVAC Installation Technician Wanted – Join a Winning Team! Royersford, PA | Full-Time
Quality Degree Heating & Air Conditioning is on the hunt for an experienced, motivated HVAC Installation Technician.
What You’ll Do:
- Install HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
- Fabricate/assemble duct systems and controls
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure code compliance
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Suggest improvements and innovations to enhance service and efficiency
- Occasionally collect payments and finalize job details with customers
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC (REQUIRED)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for insurance)
- Universal EPA Certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, sheet metal, and air balancing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Some evenings/overtime as needed
- Rotating on-call schedule
Compensation & Perks:
- $35-$50/hr based on experience plus sign on bonus
