Body Shop Receptionist — Entry Level

Quality Dealerships is hiring an entry-level Body Shop Receptionist for our busy Collision Center. If you’re organized, friendly, and eager to learn the automotive business, this is a great “foot-in-the-door” role with clear paths to grow into estimating, office management, or dealership administration. No prior collision center experience required—we’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and answer phones with professionalism
• Schedule repair appointments and maintain the shop calendar
• Assist with paperwork: repair orders, authorizations, and payments
• Provide status updates to customers in coordination with estimators and technicians
• Handle daily office tasks: filing, data entry, scanning, and inbox management
• Support the collision team’s workflow and overall customer experience

What You’ll Bring

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office or similar)
