What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role, You’ll
- Work in the Freezer and Cooler for long periods throughout the day
- Lifting anywhere between 5 - 75 pounds, possibly on a consistent basis.
- Safely operates all material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks
- Use Vo-Collect headset
- Palletize and stage product in the warehouse
- Selectors will be responsible for receiving, selecting, storing and loading products
- Maintains a clean work area consistent with company standards
- Have reliable transportation
- The ability to operate electric pallet jacks
- Able to use Vo-Collect headsets
- Work in the Freezer and Cooler
- Make your schedule shift
- Not have attendance issues
- physically capable to lift between 5 - 50 pounds
- 12PM - 7PM (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- 4 Days on 3 Days off (will need to have weekend flexibility)
- Multi-Temp Zone (Dry, Freezer, and Cooler)
- Have the ability to work holidays
- $19.98/hr., can make up to $38/hr. in performance incentives
- Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

- Paid Time Off:You’ll accrue up to 80 hours of vacation in your first year, with time available to use after completing 12 months of continuous employment
- Paid Holidays: 6 calendar holidays, plus 3 floating holidays per year.
- Paid Sick Leave:Employees accrue 48 hours of sick time per year, available for use after 90 days
- Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
- Associate Development via Education Reimbursement and/or Scholarships, virtual courses, or classroom development experiences.
