In This Role, You'll
You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.

In This Role, You'll
You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods and staging inventory to shipping orders on time.
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
- Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
- Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
- Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
- Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments
- Must havewarehouse experience
- Experience using a stand-up forklift and reach truck
- Experience working in a freezer/cooler with temperatures below 0 degrees
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Physically active role with repetitive lifting of up to 50lbs. and standing/walking for extended periods
- Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
- 330PM start time. Monday - Friday
- Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:-5°F to 38°F)
- Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
- Must be able to work until all loading tasks are completed
- $23.23/hr, not including pay for performance (PFP)
- After your 90-day probation period, the pay will increase to $25.34/hr. Not including pay for performance (PFP)
- Weekly pay(every Friday)
