About The Role
We’relooking for a WarehouseLeadpersonto guide production associates, oversee equipment start-up/shut-down, support troubleshooting, and ensure safe, efficient production operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead production associates and ensure proper machine operation
- Support troubleshooting with operators and maintenance
- Ensure machinery is clean, operational, and safe
- Coordinate production schedule with supervisors
- Maintainpallet tracking and production inventory through PRISM system
- Assistwith training new associates
- Perform CIP/COP processes on production equipment
- Complete and review production paperwork
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of production roles and operational procedures
- Ability to lift 5–100lbs.asrequired
- Ability to stand/walk 7 hours
- Strong communicationand problem-solving skills
- Full-time in a warehouse/production environment
- Wet, humid, high-noise, hot/cold environments
- PPE required
