Duties
- Assist with the assembly, disassembly, and installation of marine structures such as docks, piers, and bulkheads using hand tools and power equipment

- Operate basic machinery under supervision to move materials or assist with underwater tasks when certified
- Support team members in measuring, marking, and aligning structures to ensure precise construction standards
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Assist with underwater inspections or repairs when trained and certified to do so
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in outdoor maritime conditions
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions such as rain, wind, or heat
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction equipment; prior experience in marine or construction environments is a plus
- Valid driver’s license; boat operation certification is advantageous but not mandatory initially
- Must be comfortable working at heights or near water; willingness to learn underwater tasks if applicable
