**Job Summary**:Provide full support for Quality Controlled Manufacturing Incorporated by developing and assuring quality manufacturing processes. Point of contact for all customer specific quality requirements and concerns.Specifically, Quality Engineers will be responsible for, and required to be knowledgeable in the following areas:**Services Scope & Skills**:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.Familiar with AS9100 / ISO9001 StandardAble to understand blueprints requirements.Familiar with basic manual inspection equipment (Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, ect).Basic CAD/CAM knowledge.Experience submitting FAIs (AS9102b or similar).Experience submitting PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process) or EDIPs (End Item Data Packs).Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) and Non-Conforming material submittals.Participate in Root Cause Corrective Action and have basic knowledge of tools.Work with RFQ team to identify and quantify cost of quality cost drivers.Knowledge of machining (Conventional, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, CNC Grinder)Highly organized and detail oriented able to move from tasks to task.Excellent with written and verbal instructionsMay need to occasionally work 8 hours**Responsibilities & Duties**:- Review manufacturing processes by applying knowledge of customer and industry requirements.- Will analyze specifications, including blueprints, customer specifications and industry specifications to ensure quality processes are released.- Prepares product quality performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.- Develops simple inpsection processes by studying product requirements, designing, modifying, and testing and inspection methods and equipment.- Review customer and industry specifications, including blueprints to estimate inspection and quality costs.- Provides quality engineering information by answering questions and requests.- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.- Contract Review of Issued PO’s for quality requirements.- Identify Customer Purchase Order and Engineering Drawing Requirement Flow Down for RFQ accuracy.- Works in partnership with the department supervisor, inspection and engineering departments to ensure that product quality standards are met and maintained. If a quality issue is noticed at any time during the entire process, must stop the production process and immediately communicate the issue with your supervisor and Quality Department.You should be proficient in:GD&TAS9100Quality Control ExperienceBlueprint ReadingID:qnkTyx
