Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with strong knowledge of Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) standards and procedures to support public works projects in the Cleveland area. This role involves managing contracts, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, & execute engineering projects from construction start to finish.
- Oversee company personnel on public and private projects.
- Attend project and planning meetings; maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with permitting, zoning, and planning officials to resolve project issues.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
- Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects.

Qualifications
- Education: Associates degree in Civil Engineering or related field, Bachelor’s a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction with proven knowledge of ODOT Construction Materials & Specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and must be able to work independently and with teams
- Proficiency in MS Office, required and familiarity with project management tools preferred.

Working Conditions
- Field-based role requiring bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Work may occur outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet, dry).
