- Participate in comprehensive training to understand how to best support adults with
- Deliver educational activities and life skills lessons tailored to individual learning styles,
- Implement person-centered service plans and support individuals in achieving their
- Maintain accurate documentation of participant progress, activities, and achievements.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment by assisting with hygiene, mobility,
- Provide transportation in company vehicles and support community-based learning
- Teach enrichment classes in areas that reflect your own passions or talents — from art
- Proactively engage participants with creativity and empathy to make each day
- Collaborate with a team and communicate professionally with colleagues, families, and
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement as our Day Program evolves to meet

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record (3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Physical ability to assist with mobility, lifting, and personal care as needed.
