## Job Overview
We are currently looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting our office operations by providing exceptional administrative and clerical assistance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multitask effectively.
## Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support by assisting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform general office tasks including filing, data entry, and document management to ensure efficient workflow
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members
- Handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and redirect them as necessary
- Assist in maintaining the office environment by ordering supplies and keeping inventory up to date
- Support the front desk operations by greeting guests, managing inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately
## Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications for office tasks
